Cris.Cloud is a fast-growing, established technology start-up and we're searching for someone that can ensure we continue to build amazing software for recruitment professionals. The purpose of this role is to take the lead for testing and scheduling any issues, product improvements and client requests throughout all versions of Cris.Cloud on web, tablet and mobile.

You're ideally suited for this role if you have experience in the following :

User acceptance testing - You love problem solving and are able to quickly diagnose, prioritise and escalate any issues found. We are super agile and follow a weekly release schedule so you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Test management – You're excited about prioritisation of tickets, completion of tickets and have no problems with making calls on whether tickets should be pulled from the weekly release.

Team player - You will have a brilliant team to constantly learn from and with whom you can push the parameters of what's possible.

Team Leader and contributor - You are an excellent communicator and you like contribute to others with their growth.

To apply you'll ideally have been a Super User of a recruitment CRM system; or you're a software tester for a software product; or you've successfully coordinated a software project with a 3rd party development team. We'd be interested in chatting to you if you have this experience, however all of these skills can be taught to the right person: the key to this role is excellent communication and great documentation skills.
